APD Project Management Limited inaugurated The APD Academy Program on Saturday, 21st October 2023

This is a customised 6 months training programme.

Initially designed for the APD in house team as part of Supporting its staffs continuous professional development.

At its pilot stage, its 1st set of classes is intended to lay the foundation for a broader learning experience referencing ongoing projects as examples.

With the intent that by its 2nd year the Academy Program will provide the industry with a training experience that is relevant to our environment and also provide the necessary exposure that can be benchmarked internationally.

The Academy Program has 4 modules and 17 lessons which includes practicals, course assessments, excursion to sites.

Our team of Facilitators range from experienced, qualified and registered Consultants which includes Builders, Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

The participants in the Academy will be trained on Management Skills, Health and Safety, Standard Project Management Processes, Design Coordination, Quality Management, Documentation and Contract Administration.

The Academy Program commenced on 21st October 2023 with 66 registered participants which includes our employees and external participants.

This first set of participants in the Academy Program will graduate in March 2024.
